This work is to be published in a book of the same title as submission. It will appear this winter and is being published by the University of Texas Press.
This body of photographs combines symbolism and metaphor with portraits of significant and unknown figures in voting rights as well as images made in places that are significant to the history of the voting rights movement in the US. The images were made from 2017 to 2020.
