With my photographs I explore the border areas between the visible, association and inner life.
Different lighting moods create an atmosphere of poetry and melancholy. The alternation of sharpness and blur intensifies the perception of color and makes the special and always momentary nature of individual moments visible.
I work with different thicknesses of grease on my lens to bring out the glow of the scenery even better.
Each of my pictures is unique and is only sold once. They are printed on fine art paper, matt laminated, mounted on Aludibond and in (partially stretched) oak and beech frames.
I write a lyrical text to accompany each picture. I submit a text in English (translated with Chat GPT from German to English) for a better understanding of my way of writing.
