My name is Paul O'Malley, I am a photographer and writer based in NYC. My Photography work explores my own feelings of loneliness and solitude in an overflowing, bustling world (be it big cities or vast natural spaces) and the feelings of others, by producing a visual representation of emotions that, I believe, many can relate to.

My work finds its place exactly in the rare “in between”, respiro moments; the viewer is having a quiet moment to themselves by recognizing the solitary moment in the image. A moment they may realize they’ve been missing (or not) - one that they have definitely experienced.
