Natalie Wong's creative practice is divided between commercial client projects and fine art work. Commercial clients include: Nike, Victoria's Secret, KFC, Astrazeneca and Monster. Wong's work has appeared in several international publications including: Hypebeast, Highsnobiety, GQ, Esquire, Business Insider, CreativeBoom and Marie Claire HK.
As a mixed-media artist, Wong works in a variety of mediums including paper, textiles, plastics, electronics and acrylics. In September 2019, Wong completed her first interactive installation in Hong Kong. She has exhibited internationally including London, Hong Kong and Johannesburg and is known for her work '100 Paper Sneakers', a project that went viral in 2016. She was also part of the costumes team for the female leads in the 2018 Warner Brothers movie - 'Crazy Rich Asians'.
