My work is primarily concerned with dynamicity - between colors, between forms,
and between lines. Using a variety of media in my abstract pieces, I aim to create a
visual ‘explosion’ that is more concerned with conveying the spontaneity of the art.
I am interested in conveying ideas through raw use of color and lines. In my work, I let the rough use of color and lines speak for themselves, instead of finding the perfect form. Most of my work features a
haphazard use of media like poster paints, acrylics, watercolor and pens on paper
to create a dynamic effect. I use portraiture as a form and a lot of
my art plays with the potential of portraits to create strange, dynamic, (un)real
selves, that are never finished or fully realized.
