Max is a Canadian photographer who primarily shoots film, based out of Ottawa Ontario Canada. 35mm and 120mm take focus, as well as old filters. The aim is emotion. His photos are strange, and contrasting. The goal. To make the viewer genuinely feel.
His photography is shot with the aim to create and capture something “new”. Something contrasting with a focus on glittering effects, motion adding filters, and an eye for lost places.
Both an adventure style photographer, with an eye for studio portraits, he switches between styles. Ranging from pulled black and white portraits, with a ghostly aura, to shots taken among mountains, rivers and back trails outside the Ottawa Valley. Life is worth living on all ends of the spectrum, so adventure and life in the studio go hand in hand
