Art has been a part of my DNA since birth. My mother, an artist in New York, was continually exposing me to the world of galleries, museums. We lived in SOHO and summered in Provincetown, Ma. Art was a part of my diet as much as it was a part of my sub-conscience
After high school, I went to the Philadelphia College of Art (PCA) and ended up with a BFA/film in 1976.
The photographer, Ray K Metzker (1931-2014), Known for his large "composites," assemblages of printed film strips and single frames, was head of the Film and Photography departments.
Upon graduating, I worked as a location scout, PA, and AC (assistant cameraman) on commercials and industrial shorts.
