I was given my own first camera when I was 11 by my grandparents. Before the end of high school, I knew I wanted to be a Photographer and head off to New York.
That changed when I decided to head out to Banff for a winter of skiing, only to make that home for 14 years.
Shortly after I moved to British Columbia, I put my camera down and creative aspirations to raise my family on my own.
The kids are grown and off travelling the world and I came to a space and place in my life where I couldn’t just ‘work’ at a ‘job’, chase money or do things that were not aligned with my Soul.
I, then found Impressionistic or ICM (Intentional Camera Movement) and fell in love.
I love going beyond the linear, capturing a moment in time outside of the norm to help expand our awareness, our creativity, our curiosity.
