INêS ( or inesito.louro) is a Portuguese graphic designer and illustrator currently based in Sweden. Their work often fuses tradition with innovation, using traditional media with new ones. Their focus is mainly on exploring the experience of being human, sensations and emotions, as well as exploring folklore and queerness. They are fascinated by the mundane and tradition, as well as the norms associated with it, believing that only after recognising them, will they be able to create a new visual world.
