I’m an Icelandic artist working on a project I call Glacialis with abstract patterns in Icelandic nature, and have focused on connection between ice and moving water. Most of the images show some similarity of people, animals or mystical beings. The reason behind the project is not purely aesthetics or beauty but also to underline how little things in nature can have beauty that we usually don’t see because we are constantly watching the big picture. The art is intended to be printed big because of all the fine details in the images.
