I try to make sense of my experiences and impressions about my surroundings, while keeping a strong connection to my inner universe.
My work is split into analogue and digital. My analogue work is made with traditional media, like watercolors, acrylics, oil-based pastels and mark making over surfaces like cold pressed paper, cotton paper and canvas, where I create abstract images that might be either ethereal, like places where one can only find in a dream, or bold and strong, composed by blocks of solid and bright colours.
On the other hand, my digital work is based on fractal generation and databending, where I explore the infinite potential of an image as visual and aural media using tools like GIMP, Photoshop, Wordpad and Audacity, embracing all imperfections and intrinsic errors caused by such experiments.
