In 2011 I began my journey into public art in Los Angeles by assisting on the restoration of “The Great Wall of Los Angeles”, as well as documenting and archiving murals for the Mural Conservancy of Los Angeles. After several years of assisting muralists, organizing mural tours around L.A., and learning about the unique history of public art in this city, I grew into managerial roles to not only oversee the restoration of historic murals but also create my own murals and public art commissions. Since 2011 I have worked as a muralist and mural conservator for the Social Public Art Resource Center, the Mural Conservancy of Los Angeles, the City of Long Beach Mural Program, Los Angeles Department of Cultural Affairs, and most recently, and Arts Bridging the Gap.
