I’m a Toronto-based photographer who creates work that explores familial gender dynamics, emotional labour, and physical space. Through my work, that has been shown internationally—from Toronto to Vienna, Argentina to Chile—I investigate the connections and disconnections between family members over time. I am interested in experimenting with photographing women in outdoor spaces with natural light, and creating intimate portraits. I have photographed Annie Murphy for Rolling Stone, Margaret Atwood for The Sunday Telegraph, Octavia Spencer for The New York Times, Sally Field for The Globe & Mail, Sheila Heti for NUVO Magazine and Chloe Grace Moretz for The New York Times.
