Hi! I'm Huda and i'm part of the duo collective called Your Local Newsstand based in Singapore. We are an independent publishing group specialising in photography zines. Recently, we published our first zine.
Titled Portraits of People - The Dream Issue, this zine is a photography project that spanned an entire year to document. It's a zine that captures the dreams and hopes of people as they answer one question, "What is your dream in life". This zine is carefully curated from the age of a 10 year old to that of a 60 year old in an attempt to understand how one’s dream changes as one ages.
Our discovery?
