Much of my work explores identity and self in a moment in our history of overwhelming cultural schizophrenia. We have access to the whole of human knowledge at our fingertips, and for the first time we have complete curation over how we are perceived and by whom. My untitled self-portraits explore a middle ground of trying to opt-out while remaining inside this system, in an attempt to explore anti-identity.
