My name's Tyana and I'm an artist/graphic designer from Melbourne, Australia. I have loved drawing ever since I was in kindergarten and haven't been able to stop creating art since.
My art is an expression of my imagination which incorporates aspects of myself and elements of fantasy. The female subjects in my artworks are a reflection of my femininity and interests. My adoration for the Japanese culture is a theme through many of my pieces and the flowing hair is to express the freedom I feel when I am creating art. I like to think that my girls are not of a 'human kind', but instead from another world within my mind.
I use a range of mixed mediums to create my artworks from Prismacolor pencils, acrylics and oils. I mostly work on MDF, plywood or paper as I believe they are best suitable for my mediums.
