"In the mountains, these kinds of days usually precede a long storm - a natural antithesis. and so we enjoy the light, and the heat brought by it, until we are forced inside instead by flashes of lightning."
This series was photographed one summer evening with family in the Swiss Alps. I wanted the photographs to radiate heat and capture the perfect day but also tell the story of fleeting feelings where weather can shift from day to day. Compared to the dullness of London where I live, I believe this dynamism makes me more aware of and connected to nature.
