Rosie Clements is an artist based in Tucson, Arizona. Her work explores the concept of the 'extended self', which can be understood as the identities created by external objects with which we surround ourselves. Her images express a deep reverence as well as playful curiosity for seemingly ordinary objects and scenes and their ability to become totemic when photographed, revealing hidden truths about personal identity and society. She holds a degree in photography and currently works as a freelance photographer and communications manager.
