The Brighton Swimming Club, formed in 1880, is the oldest swimming club that's still in operation in the UK and was started by the grandfather of David, who can be seen wearing the flippers. Storms aside, each morning at sunrise, members of the club gather at the pier in Brighton, for a dip in the English Channel.
