Sohra is in the North Eastern state of Meghalaya, India and is one of the wettest places in the world. When I travelled there earlier this year, fate smiled upon me and gave me a landscape suspended in magic reality. The heavy mist reduced visibility to less than 15 feet at times, lending to the mystery behind these images which otherwise document the mundane life in a sleepy tourist town during its off-season.
