The philosophical definition of speciesism, according to Britannica, is "the practice of treating members of one species as morally more important than members of other species; also, the belief that this practice is justified". As a vegan, I reject this. Over the last near three years of subscribing to this lifestyle, I've felt and seen changes of acceptance and accessibility to those living cruelty-free. With this collection of photos, I aimed to document the context that surrounds different species of animals (and their products/byproducts) as well as different portrayals of vegan activism that I witnessed in 2018.
