We all have a private self, an inner shadow. As we grow up we may find that this gap between the private and public self has widened. In the bustle of everyday life, we try to rationalize and repel our frustration, loneliness, unpleased desires or sometimes just a part of us we haven’t yet understood. I feel that through the lens of the camera, even though a mediator, our fragmented selves can be revealed. My aim is to capture the inner selves of the others, the people and the places that we are confronted with. All of them, even if they were passers-by, had an impact to my own shadow
