I was born in Tijuana, on september 16, 1986. I define my paintings as "small lies that contain huge truths". As an example, the child portrayed in the paintings appears generating oniric and illusory images, better said, lies, but by making them visible they externalize his truest inner thoughts and reflections about the environments that surround him. Said manifestation is done with the purpose of facing themes of a psychosocial resonance, with a restless examination towards them, no matter if they're explored multiple times, which is why it is pertinent for me to quote a meaningful adage by Picasso: "if there were only one truth, you couldn't paint a hundred canvases on the same theme".
“soft layers of LIES. Hard core of TRUTH” traditional painting
