Photography has become my way of stating an observed moment, I bring my camera with me at all times, capturing those little moments.Working with women tends to be my main focus as well as the longing to be free as a human; free from social stigmas and all the little stereotyped boxes people seem to have to put us into.This sentence of women having to be pure and delicate, has etched its ways into my soul since I was a teenager. I have rebelled against those words since as long as I can remember and the reaction of this has permeated my art.Body, identity and sex will therefor always be apart of my work and it depicts the true pillars of my practice. Understanding that image making for me was just as much about exploring the social spaces occurring. What happens when we meet, has slowly become the main work.
