I create illustrations of puns, mis-heard/made-up words and unlikely portmanteaus. I also make parodies of brands and logos as well as celebrity caricatures.

In 2005 I started botaday.com and have been posting an image almost every day since 2012.

The work usually starts with a pen-and-ink outline which I bring into Gimp and Inkscape to refine and color.

There was/is no defined genre for the work I'm doing - part comic, part graphic art - so I started calling it "Art Humor"
