When I look through my viewfinder I immediately view a different place than the world we live in . Questioning what’s there and what’s not . Imagining new ways to reinterpret symbols and images that's consistent in black and brown culture and what new meanings I can reveal .
Combining my love for cinema , animation, and women I stage images that acts as documented photographs or stills from a movie. My art is a visual exploration of the correlation between subject and environment and challenging the contradictions of life in our society. Through this transformative exploration I aim to create dialogue, encourage introspection, and contribute to a more profound understanding of this world
