Luxury luggage brand RIMOWA commissioned Athens-based graphic designer Filippos Fragkogiannis to create a collection of four postage stamps dedicated to Cologne, Germany, the city where the company was founded. Filippos drew inspiration from RIMOWA's extensive corporate archive, which features unique advertising content, artistic works, and photographic material. He also explored Cologne's distinctive local characteristics, including famous public artworks, the local culinary scene, and the iconic Cologne Cathedral as depicted on beer coasters. Although the stamp collection was ultimately not released to the market, Filippos enjoyed the opportunity to collaborate once again with the RIMOWA team.
