(RE)CONSTRUCTION

Our life experience and our memories had led us to the persons, individualities we are today but our imagination can often induce false autobiographical memories.
Our memory, no matter how well-equipped it may be, can and will have informational losses - large or small. It can be elusive or, on the contrary, very clear. We can never be sure of the loyalty of our memories.

Most people see their memories as being coherent, although the reconstruction process distorts memories through the intervention of cognitive functions such as individual perceptions, social influences, knowledge of the world, all of which can cause errors in reconstruction. In general, we tend to believe that our past is unchangeable and can not be modified in any case, however the way we remember the past is changing constantly.
