Tyler Wilson is an East Vancouver based photographer. His love of analog photography started in 2010 while attending an art and design school, when he came into possession of a box of cheap point and shoot cameras. In the time since then he has experimented with many different cameras of varying quality and reliability (to varying degrees of success), as well as with different developing and printing processes.
Tyler is inspired by our built and lived in environment. He enjoys finding scenes that show the beauty of the human habitat as it degrades, is repaired, and is repurposed. Through his photography, he hopes to capture the beauty of the every-day parts of living in a city, and the battle between order and chaos that is taking place in the space we are all living in
