When exploring Philadelphia I noticed all the beautiful homes, abandoned homes and homes that stand out. The abandoned homes and homes that stand out is what I love to photograph. Abandoned homes tell a story, from when it was built, who owned it and how/why the home got left to rot. So I made it a mission of mine to document as many of the homes in Philadelphia. When I photograph these homes I only put the neighborhood that its in. Its a way to map out where I been in Philadelphia and its a good way to show people the many neighborhoods we have here in Philadelphia. Recently I been exploring the city of Chester, PA and Camden, NJ (just right outside of Philadelphia). My goal for Chester and Camden is the same I'm doing in Philadelphia. Document the homes cause they are beautiful and one day they will be gone forever.
