The work is very intuitive. I get my main inspiration from faces that move or strike me. I'm drawn by the desire to understand who the person is and what goes on behind her eyes. That’s why I'm attracted to cinema, and representation, because there’s so much going on. You can feel the strength, the vulnerability, the generosity of the person who’s looking to transmit emotions, and at the same time you wonder what is real, and what is part of the acting ?
