I am an artist and photographer from London, based in Berlin. My work explores the themes of intimacy, gender perception, and the dream state.
The simplicity of a photograph. It can tell of a whole culture. I am drawn to the idea of freedom. People who revel in it, devote themselves to it, who don’t play by dogmatic rules. Everything outside is forgotten in a frame, with no place to hide in corners. What a loss it would be not to record youth, and life, and all the freedom that comes with it. In the end all that is left is the photograph, the only thing we leave behind from each heart beat of a life on this planet.
