Gallaratese is a building complex that is designed by Aldo Rossi. This building complex is cheap and distributed to the people by lot by the state. Commissioned by a private housing developer and built in Milan’s push to alleviate the post-World War II housing shortage, it was designed in 1967 and opened in the early 1970s. When I visited this complex, there was very quite and there were no people. I tried to symbolize life in a complex that is like a ghost with a single person but actually living.
