my MUM my LAND is a serie of analogue pictures that genuinely show the strongest link there might exist in the world: our bond with our mother
And it does it through Onna’s gaze, a 1-year-old baby that –even thought she learnt to say Papa before Mama– she smiles, cries, frowns, grumbles, plays and lives in perfect sync with Anna, the land where she comes from.
The project happened accidentally: I saw the pictures and I thought ipso facto that these deep connection between these two amazing humans deserved to be shared.
Who cannot empathise with it?
We do all come from the same land :)
