Damien French
He is a south African born artist living and working near London, His artistic capabilities started when he was very young. Always messing around with acrylic and oil paint, creating the most vibrant of images. This has started to transient within in work conveying his colour theory skills. He graduated the university of Worcester 2018 to follow a picture book illustrator career, along the way he started to experiment with different process of painting using different utensils, one of these being a pallet knife. Which changed his way of working, he now dabbles in still life painting; layering up the colours, adding textures, changing perspectives. As well as diving into a new process Damien also hand stretches each of his canvases build around a frame he made.
