Being queer has for years been shrouded by shame and secrecy. I wanted to celebrate queer love and its vastness in beauty - allowing the love between two people to be sweet and wholesome. Art has the power to break down barriers and promote inclusivity. By creating pieces that celebrate the beauty of queer love, I look to promote acceptance and understanding. I’m an LA based artist who grew up in a small town in Central California. I currently work as a Graphic Designer for an independent book store, and now run my own brand, MH Creates! I am a gay, liberal, Jesus freak who loves the simplicity of love and its purest forms. I look to celebrate the love of Christ through my art whether it be drawing, writing, painting, music, you name it!
