Marco Gasser is a Swiss photographer and artist currently based between Zürich and Barcelona.
Working predominantly with instant film and combining photography with painting, he creates contemplative - almost dreamlike - atmospheres that explore the fine balance between reality and fantasy. He feels attracted by the relation between both mediums and how they can enhance particular emotional states, suggest new perceptions, and leave room for reinterpretation when merged together.
Marco is currently working on his first book and a solo exhibition.
