In my photographic work, I try to reveal weaknesses and paradoxes carried by the images that aim to represent territories. I try to show the territories from different points of view than the usual ones, and to create visual representations of places that tell other and lesser stories that are often in the shadow of dominant ones.
As I am interested in "breaking" the postcard-type image, many of the places I like to focus on in my work are places I first knew through postcards. My recent works often feature places of Latin America, where I currently live and work.
The images I am submitting here belong from different projects, and all subjective or realistic views of the magic hour.
