This series is an attempt to explore the different psychological disorders which I have been privy to, in the lives of the people close to me. It portrays the intangible mess of thoughts against a relatively more tangible structured background, which one might call home,
These pieces would categorize as mixed media as the characters and their headspace have been created using material such as craft paper, plastic, cloth, etc., and attached separately (can be peeled-off easily) on to their backgrounds which they are familiar to. This was an attempt to show that safety and comfort is encroached even if you are 'home', and that it is not necessary that one might feel the sense of belonging-ness over there.
I decided to go with Alice in Wonderland's 'Mad Hatter' approach to show that mind is a precariously mad Wonderland in itself.
