Nikola Emma Ryšavá
(*1990 Prague, Czech Republic)
My body of work is full of surreal often anthropomorphic figures, sometimes grotesque, emotional and other times macabre. Creation often stems from literature, my inner world, and from amateur interest in psychoanalysis. Through my sculptures I am indirectly talking about bizarreness that is present in all dimensions of everyday life and my ghost figures are trying to reflect some common human emotions, such as inner emptiness, passivity, etc.
