Inspired by the stripes of my tv and its unpredictable bewilderment. And in the same way, influenced by psychedelic music produced from the mid 70’s, 80’s and 90’s, that is, neo-psychedelia. I decided to give shape to these two ideas and play with some illustrations that could recreate this feeling. The idea was to convert the result into wallpapers, upload them and offer them for FREE. After this work, ideas were amplified and other illustrations emerged that I have decided to print and frame them in another context.
A memory of my childhood. To have grown up without internet, only with two TV channels and many times, trying to tune in and hopefully make disappear the damn colored stripes. A struggle for the search for clarity in the images, a search similar to that of the search for the holy grail …
