‘KNOWSY: Women’, is a new kickstarter project I've created as a visual guide to 100 of the world's most influential women in modern times. The series includes women in fields ranging from science, engineering and maths, to the arts, sports and adventure. All personalities are categorised using colour coded noses to help discover new women based on the ones that are well known. The main project is a boxset with 100 illustrated prints of each woman with a short biography on the reverse. I've also created an A1 poster with all 100 illustrations set in a grid. I wanted to create a project that will highlight the many underrepresented women in history who have contributed so much in all fields, especially in those that are not traditionally associated with women such as STEM and the sciences.
