These pictures of contemporary dance improvisations combine photography and volumetric capture to convey a stylised representation of the performers.
I wanted these images to recall unfinished 3D models like these point clouds that represent the external surface of a person, or these see-through holograms … My intent was to contrast an unfinished yet technological look-and-feel with very human poses and shapes.
