A universal rule of thumb for a portfolio is that it must be cohesive.
My portfolio, however, is far from that predisposition. I set out to introduce the viewer to my life through my various forms of art.
I look at a portfolio as an attempt by the artist to express intellectual and emotional concepts that are generally restricted by the spoken or written word. It is a form of guiding and leading the viewer into the life of the artist. Since our essence is made up of an array of passions, emotions, and inspirations, then our portfolio must be as well.
