At a time when science fiction and scientific research seem to mingle in the hope of producing an augmented human being, h- is instead a dystopian vision, which distorts the link between body and identity in a search for un-body. Through plastic manipulations based on photography, I have manhandled and mangled the concept of body. I try to restrict it to mathematics: geometric areas looking for the limit of the abject. Blurring the signifed to see a new signifer emerge. What arises from this discomfort? How long do we need to recognize a body?
