As an analog photographer with roots in Istanbul and France, I am drawn to storytelling through imagery that explores nature, memory, and emotion. My practice centers on analog processes—expired film, film soup, and multiple exposures—which embrace unpredictability and texture, evoking nostalgia and discovery. These methods allow moments to emerge in unexpected ways, reflecting nature’s raw beauty and the shifting landscapes of human experience.
Recently, I’ve expanded into mixed-media originals, layering materials onto photographic images to further explore the dialogue between nature and personal perception. This approach considers how individual encounters and emotions shape our connection to the world around us, blending external landscapes with internal reflections.
