My work explores my interest in the relationship between the mind and abstraction. Abstract art is a liberation, it frees us from the dominance of the physical / reality. By manipulating lines, angles, forms, and color, abstract art is a source to represent what exists but is not visible in a pure and uninhibited way.
In my practice, I try to depict that abstract art can exist in the unconscious mind. My current artworks explore how thoughts and feelings can be represented through abstract forms, lines, shapes, color, and composition. My art is an expression of my experiences which sometimes can reflect the chaos of the mind. Many of my artwork series focus on the moment and direct the eyes to move around the composition making the art itself a unique experience.
