The intricate, hand-constructed thatch roofs of Mexico, made with the locally-growing palm branches and bound together with rawhide, with their mesmerizing array of shapes and their repetition, create patterns that are replicated in the world, especially in the world of family and relationships. We are bound together. We repeat into infinity. Thatch is a series of 41 photographs taken in 2023.
