Celebrated designer-craftsman Florian Roeper, whose bespoke furniture has adorned the spaces of Louis Vuitton, Dior, and AD100 designers, marks a transformative return to fine art with his latest series, Dreamwork. Comprising eight evocative mixed-media paintings, this collection represents Roeper’s exploration of ‘place’ and ‘home,’ blending his rich cultural heritage with his unparalleled understanding of craft, and his mastery of materials.
Simultaneously abstract and representational, the series recalls modernist influences like Joan Miró and Hans Arp while remaining deeply personal. Roeper’s imaginative use of texture and form—whether through eroded moonscapes or puzzle-like fragments—challenges conventional boundaries between sculpture and painting.
