This is a work I’ve been shooting for one year and a half on 2018/2019 as I’ve a monthly stable collaboration with main italian food magazine Sale & Pepe. Articles I’ve illustrated were about special tecniques to cook fish dishes and have a part of preparation step and final dishes but the amusing monthly appointment was the one with the title page. As I’m usually casting ingredients to appear the best in my shots, this time I had to make them act in the different stories I and Laura, my job partner and wife, had to stage. So if you want to know, there’s a lot of plastic in the sea squids are swimming with, even in our shot they’re in the middle of a pack a silverplate forks ... the same way we tried to imagine that other species but whales may loose their way and end on a beach that resemble a kitchen table...
